i curse all the time, but i limit it when i'm with my parents. me and my siblings go "yo, n*gger!" when we see eachother (we're all mixed race) and it's kind of funny, we do it to other black/mixed people and they take it fine. i use f*ck and sh*t and b*tch most, and words like w*nker and b*stard rarely. i never say c*nt, my parents would murder me. i do it in public and in private, and usually i say it because i'm frustrated, i'm greeting a mate or i've hit myself by accident (likely to stub my toe) and then yell "oh you f*cking sh*t b*tch!" ...but, meh. i don't curse as much as i used to.

Why are my goldfish turning black?

I went and bought some simple goldfish that were sold as feeders from petco a couple weeks ago and when i got them they started getting bacterial infections... I treated them with aquarium salt and they did great and are now healed completely but no i have another problem, they are starting to turn black!.. black patches keep showing up more and more almost if they were going through a color change there is only 1 outta 4 that is not doing this and it might just be because he is goldish black in the first place idk... i need some help...they aren't acting sick at-all they are spunky and are happier then when i got them but they just keep turning black.. first on the fins then now two have it on there foreheads..

Babysitting an 18 mo. old at a church; what do I need to bring?

The girl I'm babysitting, Chloe, is very well-contained, although her attention span is just that of her age. Since it's at a church, all they have are some old, used toys in the nursery, although I don't feel they'll provide much towards Chloe and her spunky personality. I know of a spot in the church where there's balloons, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk so we could go outside and play with those. But if it rains, there's some books to read and such. However, I need to know if I need to talk some snacks, etc. I'm already bringing some band-aids, and some child-friendly CDs to listen to if she happens to get bored. Other than that, I don't know what else to bring. Any pointers?

My family is so negative all the time!!!!?

I live with my mom, grandma and younger brother. My younger brother is never home and I don't blame him because being at home is hell. We're not the most loving family. We're very cold towards each other (We don't say I love you, spend quality time, and we don't really talk to each other) which doesn't really bother me as much anymore. What does bother me is that my mom and grandma are constantly bickering and complaining. I always clean my room but today I cleaned it inside out (closet, dusted everything, organized it thoroughly) and of course, my grandma said "Oh wow, she cleaned her room, I guess the world is ending." I also helped my mom clean the house since we have some family coming to visit us tomorrow. Anyway, I was in my room playing Black ops and my mom said something to me but I didn't hear her because I get so into the game so she went around slamming doors and cursing. I don't get how people can get so angry and upset about everything. There's a strong negative energy in this house and it's driving me nuts. If I'm home, they're complaining about how I'm not doing anything and if I'm out volunteering or hanging out with friends, they complain about me never being home. I can never satisfy them. I also had an interview today and instead of encouraging me and making me feel good they started bitching at me which made me reschedule my interview because I just felt angry and upset. I'm going to an out of state college next year because I'm sick of this, I just need help right now. I don't know what to do or how to cope with these negative people.

I would definitely either go to the doctor and get the whole rabies treatment or just bring the squirrel in to be tested for it. They would have to kill the squirrel, so if for some reason you really don't want that to be done, then just go and get the vaccinations. Rabies is an extremely serious disease that is almost always fatal, so it's better to be safe than sorry. I actually just started my first dose of the shots today because there was a bat flying around in my house for a while (though it never bit me). I wasn't able to capture the bat so the doctor said I had to be treated regardless of whether I really had it or not. You don't get injected through the abdomen any longer with these shots, so if you have heard bad things in the past about them you shouldn't worry. You do have to get a lot of shots though, like 8-9 on four days throughout a period of like 2 weeks, so if at all possible, I would just try to bring the squirrel in to be tested so that you could have a chance at averting all of the inconvenience.

How to heat my bettas water other than using a heater?

Hi, I have a single betta in a gallon tank. His water is at 72 degrees and Ive read that that is close to being too cold for my little guy. I wanted to get a heater but they only have them for 10+ gallon tanks. I don't want to cook him by using a heater that is too powerful so what are some other ways I can warm him up? Or will he be fine at the temp he's at now? He's not lethargic or any less energetic as I have read they get that way when theyre cold. He's just as spunky as when I brought him home 5 months ago, however, my other betta just died and he was in similar water conditions : ( I dont know what caused his death but I dont want Leroy Jenkins to suffer a similar fate!

Sorry your uncle died. The best way you could respect him and remember him is to yourself stay off drugs and smoking . Smoking kills just as many people. You really must miss him a lot, because you think of him a lot. That is ok. Time will heal the pain of loss and then you can remember fond moments with your uncle. Maybe in time your cousins may come around and want to talk to you also. Remember, they are hurting too and lost their dad.

Kennedy has two older brothers named Hunter who is 19 and Joseph who is 22. She's a regular girl and she's a sophomore in high school. She hangs out with her friends at the beach and there are a lot of beach parties and bonfires with all their friends. One day, this new guy moves into town. His name is Tyler and he is 17 years old. He gets a job at the local beach shop where they sell surfboards and things like that. One day, Kennedy goes into the shop and he meets Tyler. Hello to start off with I love my family and wouldn't trade them for the world. I just don't know what else to do I feel like im gonna go crazy. Summer 2009 I came home from school in pittsburgh my gf at the time had been there for me and waiting for me to finish school. I had overcome so much adversity and criticism no one believed I was going to graduate or be successful because before I went to school I chose the wrong road working part-time jobs to cover up my association with a million dollar drug cartel. Almost losing my life is what forced the drastic change and my love for this woman I didn't want to lose. So finished school back home doing an unpaid internship living with my dad wasn't what I expected but I had a plan for us to get married buy a house and live happily ever after. I ended up getting the job where I Interned I used my first 3 checks to purchase the Engagement ring. Now my gf at the moment has two children by two different men but was just the sweetest woman I ever met. I wanted to do right by her and get married first before we moved in together. Me not having any children of my own wanted to be married when I did have a child. So I proposed it was special were in love set a date for two months. Before we got married I sat down and typed up a savings plan on how we would within a year buy the house of our dreams and car. We got married our goal was in sight but not complete so we rented a condo from a friend I worked with. Newly weds all on our own it felt perfect. Until I noticed my wife had an anger problem and was not the cleanest person in the world. The anger problems took a turn for the worse when it turned into disrespect. Laughing when im trying to explain things, turning her back on me, getting up when I was talking and leaving the room. The arguments were about the craziest things, things people don't argue about. Now Im not saying Im perfect there are two sides to every story. If you ask my wife she would tell you the same thing. Three months into our marriage we got pregnant, a blessing, and a curse, she got 5 times worse. I said she's pregnant so I wont make any waves I just wanted to be happy. Now im dealing with verbal abuse this isn't me I donut deal with stuff like this I kept saying to myself. Still didn't want to make any waves this is what I always wanted so married and my son on the way so I just dealt with it everyday for 7 months and buried it inside I even stopped arguing back. We only had one car because of our savings plan so my day to day routine went like this. She isn't a morning person so I would wake up 6:30 wake up the kids 5 and 3 get them washed dressed make breakfast wash and dress myself while they ate. Have her clothes ready and left the house at 7:15-7:30 because she didn't like waking up early I would have to drop her first then drive back across town to drop the kids at daycare and that was just the beginning. Then because we only have 1 car and I worked out of state I had to double back to her job and park the car from there I had to catch a bus to get to the train station and catch the train a 40min ride once I got off the train I had to literally run out of the train station to catch another bus just to get to work 5-10 mins early. So If I ran into traffic dropping off the kids or missed the bus at her job or missed the train or missed the second bus all of which happened I was late for work or had to pay steep taxi fares in order to make it on-time. Still dealing with everything else was taking a toll on me and effecting my work performance. So in order to keep my job I had to buried even deeper. After living in the condo for 5 months we bought our house brand new found the house we wanted they were building a new development we found it halfway threw the 4th home so we were still able to have a lot of input on the layout. We closed in a month it was so exciting to have a home of our own brand new, still dealing with the anger issues. Still my day to day routine. Maternity leave got alittle better because she didn't have to go to work so I drove to work. Camryn our son was born my pride and joy. So we decided to set another goal what if I go back to Radiology school two years and I will be making almost double what Im making now and you wont have to work we both saw it to be a great Idea. Im 26 she's 23 we are still young. So before having to go back to work she told me what if I work and you go to school she didn't want to put the baby in daycare and i could do my classes online. I insisted no its not in our plan she pushed and pushed and argued and fussed until I gave up and said ok. Worse mistake of my life now I have been unemployed for 6 months we struggle to pay our bills and she hates her job. Now I here that she doesn't want to work and I should find a job and I have been looking for 3 months idk what to do. The only positive is that I have 1 year left of school that's if w

I’m gonna sound stupid but my honesty is going to be poured into this question. There’s this guy obviously (nervous laughter haha) umm I met him last year at a Polish gathering and there was dancing all night long, I danced with him at least 4 times. When it was time to go I gave him a hug and smile and told him it was nice to meet him and he did the same, but he didn’t ask for my number. So a year passes and without any contact I forgot about him until (dramatic sound effects) BAM this year at a surprise party. We didn’t talk or dance much because of a sadness that came upon me (still dealing with my mom’s death) He did try talking to me in a silly way of saying that he shouldn’t be swirling red wine in his cup over my white skirt, which he did get two drops of wine on me. He apologized so many times for what he did but I told him it was okay and laughed lightly. After that night I creeped him on facebook and added him as a friend. The next day he messaged me “Hey, how’s it going? We dancing it up again this year at Nilestown on Sunday?”. Yes that’s the exact message. We danced only once on Sunday. A few days later I decided to add him to my phone since he had his number on his facebook page. I texted him asking if he was going to the youth group bonfire, he said he was going to a concert. But on the friday the day of the bonfire one hour before he sent me a text saying “Have a good time at the Bonfire. I hope you have a BON time!” I told him that was a good one and it made me laugh. After that I haven’t spoken or texted him, We haven’t hung out 1 on 1 and when I try to get to know him it’s usually me initiating the conversation. Should I text him or have I already initiated enough for him to know that I like him and let him lead the way? Or is he just being nice? I’m sorry I wrote you guys this question that goes on forever. Should I put my dog down?

My dog is a 17 year old cockerspaniel poodle mix, and she is doing amazingly well. Unfortunately, I can't afford to have her looked at by a vet, and just a few days ago she started limping on her front left paw really bad. She still seems spunky and full of life, but she can hardly see some days and I think she may have a cancerous growth on her stomach. I really don't want to put her down if she is happy and full of life, but if she is suffering, I'd like to end that for her. I'd love to take her to a vet to get examined, but if I do have to put her down, I wouldn't be able to because of all the costs. Please help.

Is it bad to let your baby/toddler dress how they want?

When I was little my mom allowed me to pick my own clothes. I wore the spunkiest outfits with my halloween fairy wings. I've always been raised thinking that its okay to express yourself as long as I'm not dressing like a hoochie. I always wanted to raise my child the same way. I don't mind my son wearing costumes. Maybe one day he decides he wants to dress like a cowboy. The next day he wants to dress like a fireman. What if he's a huge fan of where the wild things are and he wants a wolf costume like max? Making a move/first kiss?

Here is the deal I'm 16. This girl and I went to grade school together. And now go to different high school. I have been texting her A LOT this last week and I saw her the last two weekends. What do you think of the woman who hosed her daughter down at the car wash?

Personally, I found it hard to believe that they took her in on a felony charge when there were no marks left on a child and the arrest was made based on a videotape where you can't really see what happened. Obviously, a poor choice of discipline measures - but a felony charge???? Come on - the child had no physical marks to show for it - doesn't that mean a parent who does leave a mark when spanking - that should also be a felony charge - and what about dads who scare and curse their children - that should then be a felony too. I got my siamese kitten from a shelter a little over a week ago. When we got her, she was the most spunky and playful kitten ever! She wasn't sneezing until yesterday. my dog is about to be 5 years old. Usually very spunky, spontanious, and energetic. Lately (in the past two weeks) he seems like his joints are hurting him when he gets up (stands up, gets off the couch, goes up or down stairs or jumps on or off a bed). His whole body looks stiff, but if we take him outside he runs around like nothing is wrong. We found a tick on him about a month ago, but it was already out when we found it. My son loves the transformers toys and wants to go see the new movie. I don't mind the violence as much as I am nervous about the cursing. My advice towards you would be to take baby steps and one by one the pieces to your puzzle will fall into place. You have so much that you want to change about yourself but you sound like such a great guy! In a way you reminded me of my younger brother who is 16 he too has had to deal with many hardships. Like you his video games are a way to escape the real world. Now I'm not going to shove a bunch of religious stuff down your throat but maybe if you go to church through the readings you will learn to be a humble person and get rid of all of those dark emotions building up in you. Tell yourself that you refuse to give up on yourself and when you feel like all is lost go to church and have your faith restored. And its great that you have a role model no matter who it may be. Hi.....I really want my ex boyfriend back but he treats me like I dont exist. It's really starting to get to me. Then in Feb. he got into the army....in march at basic she called tellin him I just wanna have fun and broke up with him.....He was about to go crazy so I wrote to him EVERY SINGLE day...He wrote in his letters for me not to leave him becuz he knows I got his back....During his graduation me and his mother was the only ppl to go at all. Problems with my mom.?

When I was younger, I had a good life. I was honest, smart, trustworthy and grateful. Now I'm 13, and my life isn't going so well. My brother has a health issue (private) and I constantly argue with my mother. Me and my mom argue sooo much. I really can't take it any more. I've been a lot less honest and trustworthy. Veterinary question about my dog.?

My dog is a 4.4 pound Yorkshire terrier, usually very healthy and spunky, sometimes she has mild seizures but not often. Today she started acting odd and breathing a little hard, had a seizure went limp tongue dark color and then came back to breathing right, then almost threw up i rushed her to my veterinarian and they did blood test chest xrays and other xrays, something happened and she does not know me now and they thing she is now almost totally blind as she does not respond to light and she does not know me, she can still walk and hear but is real agitated and moves her head and mouth odd, does not rspnd when i call her or talk to her and she is an extrememly mommy girl. had not medicine at home, not any type of poisons exposed to, and not sure what happened. Anyone else ever had something like this happen? She is on medicine at the vet to help her relax and also in a chamber with oxygen as her oxygen level was only 71 and 85 percent when they checked it today, also her stomach was full of air on the xray. My heart is so sad thinking she may not get well, I rescued her when she was five years old and she is now 10 years old.

So, my oldest has come down with a URI. Her only symptoms are labored breathing and wheezing/chirping while breathing. I got Bayril from the vet only yesterday and shes had two doses already ( 0.1 cc each) she doesn't appear to be getting better. I've also noticed she seems to have times where she is very rowdy and spunky and times where she is very sleepy and groggy all very close together. One minute she's playful, she next she doesn't want to move. Should I be worried? Is she okay?

Im married to a wonderful woman and I love her very much but I have a secret that I cant get rid of. I have wanted to be a girl ever since I can remember and I have been pushing this desire away as much as possible but lately the more I try to push it away, the harder it is. Im scared to tell my wife because I dont want to hurt her or lose her because I love her very much but at the same time, it gets harder to keep this secret from her. Im almost certain that if I told her she would leave me and that is the last thing in the world I would want to do. I know im not supposed to feel this way but I cant help it.
