Birthday party theme Idea for adults?

I am turning 24 on July 5th and I am going to have a birthday bonfire and drinks but I want to make it a little more fun I want to have a theme and have people dress up but I don't know what to do... NO 80's I was thinking of an ugly clothes party but I want other ideas.. any suggestions? :) thanks!
