Guys, do you think this boy likes/has a crush on me?? 10 POINTS!!?

Ok.. So whenever we tend to talk on the phone such as texting, he's not afraid to say something he feels. For example, he curses alot when we text.. But when I see him in person, he gets really nervous/shy whenever I'm around && he's afraid to talk to me. He does deny that he DOESNT like me, but it seems like he has mixed emotions because whenever he called me a ***** or to never text/talk to him again, I stop. But then after a few days later, he texts me saying "so do you wanna text or what?" (Btw he happens to be my ex, he told me he liked me back then, but now he says he doesnt). What do you think ?
