Rat on Baytril.. Help?

So, my oldest has come down with a URI. Her only symptoms are labored breathing and wheezing/chirping while breathing. I got Bayril from the vet only yesterday and shes had two doses already ( 0.1 cc each) she doesn't appear to be getting better. I've also noticed she seems to have times where she is very rowdy and spunky and times where she is very sleepy and groggy all very close together. One minute she's playful, she next she doesn't want to move. Should I be worried? Is she okay?
