What do you think of the woman who hosed her daughter down at the car wash?

Personally, I found it hard to believe that they took her in on a felony charge when there were no marks left on a child and the arrest was made based on a videotape where you can't really see what happened. Obviously, a poor choice of discipline measures - but a felony charge???? Come on - the child had no physical marks to show for it - doesn't that mean a parent who does leave a mark when spanking - that should also be a felony charge - and what about dads who scare and curse their children - that should then be a felony too. Gosh - let's send 99% of all parents to jail shall we?
