Having my twin kittens spayed tomorrow?

Spooky and Spunky are twin girls and they are getting spayed tomorrow, when i took my last cat in to be neutered i cried, i am scared that something is going to happen to them. They are going to be going in the same cage together so hopefully they wont be too scared. Should i be worried?
